This explains what we collect when you buy from us or browse the site, why we have it, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What we collect

• Order details: your name, email, shipping address and what you bought.
• Payment details: handled by our payment processor. We never see or store your full card number.
• Site usage: pages viewed, how you arrived, rough location from your IP address, and similar analytics.
• Anything you send us: emails, review text, photos you choose to share.

Why we have it

To take payment, ship your order, answer your emails, handle refunds, and understand which pages and ads actually work. We also use it to send order updates, and marketing email if you've opted in.

Who we share it with

Only the companies needed to run the shop: our payment processor, our fulfilment partner (who needs your address to ship), our email provider, and our analytics and advertising platforms. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies and tracking

We use cookies to remember preferences, measure traffic and attribute advertising. You can block cookies in your browser; the shop still works, though some of it becomes less convenient.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require. Marketing contacts are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept in aggregate.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any email.
• Ask for a copy of what we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct or delete it, subject to records we're legally required to keep.
• Ask us not to sell or share your personal information — we don't sell it in any case.

TrueVita is for adults. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
