These terms apply when you use truevita.co or buy from us. Buying from us means you accept them.

Who we are

TrueVita is based in the United States. You can reach us at support@truevita.com.

Buying from us

An order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we email your confirmation. We can decline an order — for example if we can't take payment, if the delivery address looks wrong, or if we think an order is being placed to resell.

Prices are in US dollars and include everything except tax and any shipping shown at checkout. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error we'll contact you before shipping rather than charge the wrong amount.

Using the site

Don't use the site to do anything unlawful, don't attempt to break or overload it, and don't copy the content on it for commercial use. The words, images, branding and layout here belong to us.

What we promise

We'll send what you ordered, describe it accurately, and stand behind the guarantee in our refund policy. TrueVita is manufactured in an FDA-registered, GMP-certified facility in the United States and every batch is third-party tested.

What we don't promise

TrueVita is a dietary supplement, not a medicine. Results vary from person to person and nothing on this site is medical advice. See our disclaimer. Where the law allows, our liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to what you paid for it.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version on this page at the time you order is the one that applies to that order.

Law

Nothing here removes rights you have under consumer law that can't be waived.
